The Story of Sonamy
The Story of a Sonamy was a reboot of an old story I wrote on my first channel "SonicCouples". The original story had 5 seasons, yet they seemed more rushed than the reboot. (As the original version was my first attempt of writing Sonic fanfiction). This reboot had some similarities to the original, but a definate plot change and more developed than the original.
The reboot was more based on an adventure with Sonic and Amy alone. The two characters have the exact personalities from the games, Sonic is a cocky blue hero and Amy is a self-proclaimed girlfriend for him. However, during the time: Amy slowly processes to become more mature and understanding while Sonic slowly falls for Amy.
The first appearance
The first trailer released on 28th Sept 2013, just before Sonic at High School 3 finishes. The trailer features some main parts of the plot and some clues of what the story is about. The first part was released on 3rd Oct 2013. Where it starts off with a plot similar to Sonic Generations: the cast is celebrating Sonic's birthday but instead the party gets interrupted by evil. The story fully contains 47 parts with each part having the length of around 5 minute parts.
The Plot of the Story
Like stated, the plot takes place alike the Sonic Generations plot. All of Sonic's friends prepare a birthday party for Sonic, during the time Amy tries to get Sonic's attention but he blocks her out. Withal, the party get's interrupted with the time eater (who is controlled by Eggman). The time eater takes away all of Sonic's friends, including Sally who appears to be Sonic's girlfriend at the start.
Sonic is left alone in a half empty world. Green
Hill Zone has turned into ice and snow. So will
the rest of the world if he does not save it on
time. Sonic isn't the only one left, Amy also
appears to still be with him. However, this is not a happy moment for Sonic because Amy is still fangirling over him and assuming they are love birds. This causes Sonic to be mad and yells out something which hurts Amy and
causes her to stop her ways. This changes things for the two of them as they go onwards on an adventure to find the 7 chaos emeralds to save their friends. Will Amy fall out of love with Sonic? Will Sonic finally realize his true feelings? Will the two save the world on time before it is destroyed? You can find out by starting the story here.
